How long is an appointment?
Our bridal appointments typically last 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on, and fall in love with the one.
Who should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing only your VIPs—the people you simply couldn’t say “yes” without. A smaller group helps keep the experience intimate, supportive, and all about you.
What sizes are your sample dresses?
Our sample gowns range from UK size 8 to 24, and we work with designers who offer a wide size range. We’re passionate about ensuring every bride feels confident, comfortable, and celebrated.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Nude or seamless underwear is always helpful, and a strapless bra if you have one. But don’t worry—we’ll guide you through everything on the day!
We all like to feel a little sun-kissed but please avoid wearing fake tan to your appointment. Dress fabrics can be delicate and fake tan stains are difficult to remove.
How far in advance should I start shopping?
We recommend starting your dress search 12–18 months before your wedding to allow time for ordering, fittings, and any bespoke changes.
Do you offer fittings and alterations?
Absolutely. Once you’ve found your gown, we’ll book you in with our talented in-house seamstress for fittings and custom tweaks to make your dress feel completely made for you.
Can I try accessories too?
Yes! We offer a beautiful range of veils, shoes, and hair accessories—and we’ll help you style the perfect finishing touches during your appointment.
What's the price range of your dresses?
Our gowns typically range from £1,000 to £2,800. We have options to suit a range of budgets and are always transparent about pricing.
Can I bring children to my appointment?
We totally get that little ones are part of the love story—but our boutique is filled with delicate dresses, tiny tripping hazards, and moments that deserve your full focus. For the most relaxed experience, we recommend leaving the kiddies at home (just this once!). If that’s not possible, give us a heads-up—we’ll do our best to make it work.
Do you offer off-the-peg dresses?
Yes, we do! We have a beautiful selection of off-the-peg gowns available for brides who are short on time or simply love a ready-to-wear option. These dresses are sold as seen and can be taken home the very same day—perfect for spontaneous brides or last-minute plans (we love a bit of excitement!).
Is there parking available?
Absolutely! We have two convenient car parks— Rushton’s Yard and Coxon Mews—just a short stroll from our boutique.These nearby options make it easy for you and your guests to arrive relaxed and ready to find the dress.
Can I take photos during my appointment?
Yes, you’re welcome to take photos—but we’ll also remind you that sometimes the best way to choose a dress is by how it makes you feel, not just how it looks on a screen.
